Panel Discussion Title:
"Stop Treating Social Media Like a Junior Role”
In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, is social media still undervalued and treated as an entry-level function, or are businesses beginning to recognize its strategic importance?
In this thought-provoking 30-minute panel discussion, marketing and HR leaders will examine the perception of social media within brands and agencies. Are organizations missing out on talent, innovation, and measurable results by sidelining social media to junior roles?
The conversation will tackle this critical topic while exploring actionable ways to empower social media teams, from giving younger experts a seat at the strategy table to establishing leadership-level roles that prioritize long-term success.
Moderating this dynamic discussion are Katerina Kyritsi, Editor in Chief of Workforce Employer's Daily News, and Rodiana Adamidi, Editor of DailyFax & Marketing Week.
