Konstantinos Kintzios
Konstantinos, now 42, once dreamed of becoming a race car driver or playing basketball for Panathinaikos. However, his passion for food led him down a different path, and by 2009, he weighed over 170 kilos. Determined to change his life, he embarked on a transformative journey, losing 90 kilos and redefining his purpose.
Inspired by JFK’s timeless words, “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country,” Konstantinos dedicated 8 of his 20-year career to ReGeneration, Greece’s largest skilling and employment initiative for youth. Building on this experience, Konstantinos has developed deep expertise in mentoring leaders, consulting management teams, and designing workplace cultures that foster growth and accountability. His insights into Gen Z have made him a sought-after advisor for companies aiming to engage both young talent and emerging markets.
Since 2022, he has co-created Greece’s No.1 business podcast, Θα Σας Ειδοποιήσουμε, a platform promoting best practices and challenging toxic workplace behaviors. With over 500 conference talks and collaborations with 250+ organizations, Konstantinos continues to inspire others through his passion for youth empowerment, professional development, and impactful leadership.
